This modern finca is currently under construction and has fantastic, unobstructed views of the Tramontana mountains, the city of Palma and the sea. The plot is about 13.000 m². The usable area is approx. 650 m². On the entrance level there is an open kitchen, a large living room with a fireplace, the master bedroom with a dressing room and a bathroom and a guest toilet. The 90 m² pool area can be accessed via the living room.

In the upper area there are three more bedrooms. Each bedroom has its own bathroom.  Two bedrooms have access to another terrace, from which you can enjoy a fantastic sea view with beautiful sunsets.

Here they live very quietly. The city of Palma can be reached in about 15 minutes by car. The nearest shopping center “Fun” is about 7 minutes away by car, where you will find various clothing stores and a grocery store. The nearest beach is in Ciudad Jardin. The nearest golf course is located in Son Gual, which is about 6 minutes away by car.
